I think it was smart of ksl to take down the sell of guns. I don't think people should buy guns online. it should have to be in person with a back ground check. maybe even get referrals from family and friends that they are of sound mind. sit down with a shrink for a couple of sessions. seriously something needs to be done. I know guns don't kill people ya ya i've herd that. but that guy wasn't just throwing bullets at innocent kids he used a gun.

Tie you up & take you to the mother ship

I wish I had pictures a video would be even better but just recently this momma broke. I had had enough of my kids knowing more than me arguing and yelling and the fighting push pulling hair and stomping feet! I had just had it! so this mom went alien on my kids

Bryan and Lizzy had went to get pizza and Austin was arguing with me about homework or how he knows everything or he could have been mom mom moming me.
then all of the sudden I was an alien trying to take him outside to the mother ship I chased him around talked with a crazy voice and even had him tied up to the porch with an extension cord until I suddenly came back to my normal self. this happened over and over I would become the alien then suddenly come back to mom. I only came back to myself the first time because he was so freaked out and not sure if i was playing or not he had gone and found a large metal pole and was gonna wack me with it.

It all came to an end when the little Bent-man woke up Alien mom wanted to take the cute little baby with her so she ran down the side walk with Austin chasing behind. wacking me every chance he could get. he didn't want me taking Bent-man to outerspace so he wasn't giving up. and he was really freaked out and mad at me for acting like a weird-o.
Then Bryan and Lizzy got home with the pizza
Judge me if you must but becoming an alien was easier then getting mad and in the end it was more fun for both of us. That was after Austin realized I was just playing.

slacking and moving forward

So I have been slacking on my get fit journey. Their have been a lot of things weighing on my mind lately disappointments worries, guilt and missing my Dad. All of these things have been distracting and holding me back. Often times feeling like I was walking through quick sand.
With today being the beginning of a new month I will keep moving forward.
So watch for an upbeat update on Friday!

Halloween!

We usually go to the historical farm every year and do their corn maze, pony rides and train rides but this year was different we just had so much going on so we never got over the mountain to have some fun. And after refusing to get out the Halloween decorations.
the kiddos were a lot disappointed so we had a fun Halloween movie night with a pumpkin shaped pizza, Oreos, soda and fruit snacks and watched Casper. The kids were so happy Austin said thanks mom I'm so happy you did this!

I didn't get any pics of the kids dressed up on Halloween I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and Frustrated with some things so I hope grandma got some of my kiddos otherwise sorry kids mom was a Scrooge of Halloween this year. Austin was  ninja, Lizzy was apple jack from my little pony and bent-man was a skeleton.
