Keep chugging along!

With my week being so busy and mostly working on fixing up the new house I haven't had any dedicated time to work out. I take that back I did squeeze in my 30 day shred 2 times this week I just had to do it in intervals; like 10 here and 10 mins there. I'm still trying to find how to work my schedule with the kids schedule.  Don't get me wrong I have been moving and very busy. I got on the scale to find 4 pounds missing! I definitely can't complain maybe we should start buying and fixing up houses and make a work out video out of it. =)

I've been loving
Still loving smoothies! I have found some healthier recipes and am excited to try them out!I've also been  drinking water like its my job.  my skin is loving it also!


motivation 
 My motivation this week has mostly been get up get as much done around the current house then get your but over to the new house. we only have 2 weeks to finish everything up. So I better stay motivated and very strict with myself. that all by it's self has kept me moving. 



something new
I have been trying to walk to the other house. This has probably been great for me to relive some stress and have some me time before I have to try and paint and chase a 1year old around.

So to end things maybe I should have started doing this after we moved in to our new house. Hopefully next week with the kids back in school I will be able to work out a schedule a little better. but this week I'm not complaining!
 I'll get there I just have to keep chugging along!
